The first site visited was Cileunyi in West Java Indonesia where the customer was interested in the purchase of a 1-ton tube ice machine. The engineer then optimized the system and was willing to teach the customer something in case they failed to understand how that particular machine operated. The customer said to our engineer that he would purchase another 5 ton tube ice machine. To him, the engineer quickly set the schedule which was reasonable to him and he received good response from the customer.
We went to Bandung to deliver the block ice to a customer who ordered 5-ton block ice machine from us. We also received on the spot instructions from our engineer on how best to feed the refrigerant into the machine and how best to manage the machine every day. The obstinate customer also noted that our instruction was highly useful for his enterprise of selling ice.
The third call was made in Kragan town which is between Surabaya and Semarang and the customer had not commission yet the 1-ton tube ice making machine which he bought from us. Our engineer then explained to the customer on how to operate the machine. From the interview, the customer’s main concern was that the machine size is small, its structure is quite simple, very convenient to operate, forms good ice tubes and produces sufficient quantity. Ice of such kind is very much in operation in their domestic market.
The fourth visit was to our client’s ice factory based in East Java, Indonesia. We checked the usage of his bought 10-ton tube ice machine and Reverse Osmosis Filter from our factory. The equipment has not given any problem with high efficiency of producing ice. The client told us that he intends to purchase one more ton of tube ice machine in December. Our engineer also considered the location where the next machine was to be installed – and this left the client very happy.
Our last stop was a business visit to our client in Pameungpeuk, West Java, Indonesia to sell our brine block ice machine system to him. Our engineers delivered the equipment to the customer then the customer learned how to operate the machine from our engineers. They also helped with the first ice production and the customer was happy with its functionality of the ice-machine saying ‘thank you’ to our engineers.
The sixth location was in Jakarta Indonesia and a customer bought our 5-ton tube ice machine. As our detailer mentioned, the engineer who sold the machines also taught us how to adjust its settings and maintain it properly on the same day. The ‘About’ section of the website is one of our key areas where the content is accustom to help the customer with his production.
Indonesia is one of the countries we frequently work with; this time, we met with six clients. This visit was very fruitful. We found out that the market of ice makers in Indonesia is expected to be big and our ice makers are located at mid to high end of the Indonesian market. The experiences and comments from our clients have been positive which gives us morale boost. It is our firm intention to deliver even greater value by continuing to offer all our clients better quality products and services.
